Avant Sports Medicine is a medical clinic located within the Saskatoon Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Centre, dedicated to treating musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. At Avant Sports Medicine, we strongly believe in the health benefits of sport and exercise and the physical activity is integral for maintaining overall health. Exercise is a key component for the prevention and treatment of many illnesses and disease. At Avant, we want to help you to meet your exercise and physical activity goals.
Dr. Patrick Ling is the founder of Avant Sports Medicine. Dr. Ling draws upon many years of clinical experience in the emergency department and incorporates diagnostic MSK ultrasound to assist in making timely and accurate diagnosis. When indicated Dr. Ling is able to utilize ultrasound to guided a variety of needle interventions to accurately treat MSK conditions.
Dr. Ling believes in an active approach to treatment, rehabilitation and recovery.
